茶道文化体験+和菓子作り体験
金沢で育まれてきた茶道文化と和菓子づくりを、一度に体験できる特別なプログラムです。
金沢を代表する老舗和菓子店「吉はし」の職人から、季節の和菓子づくりを直接学び、繊細な技や美しい仕上げのコツを体験していただきます。
その後は、表千家の教授資格を持つ講師の指導のもと、本格的な茶道を体験。
抹茶の点て方や、おもてなしの心を学びながら、ご自身で作った和菓子とともにお茶をお楽しみいただけます。
ご自身の手で和菓子を作り、心を込めてお茶を点てることで、金沢が大切に受け継いできた和菓子文化と茶道の奥深い魅力を存分にご体感ください。

Tea Ceremony & Japanese Sweets (Wagashi) Making Experience
Discover the beauty of Kanazawa's traditional tea ceremony and wagashi-making culture in one special experience.
Learn how to make seasonal Japanese sweets (wagashi) under the guidance of skilled artisans from Yoshihashi,
one of Kanazawa's most renowned traditional confectionery shops.
Experience the delicate techniques and craftsmanship that have been passed down through generations.
Afterward, take part in an authentic Japanese tea ceremony led by a certified instructor of the Omotesenke tea school.
Learn how to prepare matcha and experience the spirit of omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) while enjoying the wagashi you have created.
By making your own traditional sweets and preparing a bowl of matcha with care,
you will gain a deeper appreciation of Kanazawa's rich cultural heritage and the timeless traditions of wagashi and the Japanese tea ceremony.
